RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may cancel your order at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the item — this is provided for by the laws regulating distance selling.

If, upon inspecting the received item in the presence of the courier, you find that for any reason it does not meet your expectations, the courier will prepare a report and the item, in its original packaging together with the accompanying documents, will be sent back.

To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully review the detailed description of each model in advance.

RETURNING AN ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS

If, despite the detailed product description and inspection, the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days.

In this case, we expect that you will only try on the item, check its functionality, and return it in the same condition in which you received it, including the packaging and protective films.

If the value of the item has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this decrease in value from the refunded amount.

TECHNICAL DEFECT OR ISSUE

We make every effort to ensure that items are dispatched from the store in perfect condition.

However, if you discover a technical defect or issue with the purchased item within 14 days, in accordance with the Warranty Terms, you may send it back to the store after coordinating this with us.

Please send us an email, and we will provide you with detailed instructions.

In this case, you have the right to request a replacement item or a refund.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty terms, after the defect has been repaired, you will receive the item with payment on delivery, corresponding to the repair cost and shipping expenses.

ITEM RETURNS ARE FREE OF CHARGE!

REFUNDS

If, for any of the above-mentioned reasons, you are entitled to receive a refund for the item, the money will be transferred to the same account from which the payment was made.

If you would like to receive the refund in another account, this must be specified separately.

In the above-mentioned return cases, the item will be inspected, for which we reserve 5 business days.

If the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was dispatched, Raeco.lv will transfer the refund within 2–5 business days.
