TERMS OF USE OF THE “RAECO.LV” ONLINE STORE

These terms apply to all purchases of goods made online, by phone, fax, or e-mail. Please read this document carefully before placing an order.

SIA “Raeco” may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Please review them before making any repeat purchase.

USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The user is responsible for all actions carried out through their registered user account, for the information submitted by the user, and for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and user account.

The user may not transfer their user credentials, including username and password, to third parties. User credentials may only be used by the specific user, whether a natural or legal person, to whom they have been assigned.

The user may not perform any actions aimed against the security of the system. In the event of a violation, SIA “Raeco” reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services without prior notice and without explaining the reason.

The user has the right to cancel an order at any stage, including within 30 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with the legal provisions governing distance selling. Further information is available in the section on the right of withdrawal.

The user has the right to choose the most convenient payment method. More detailed information is available in the Payment Methods section.

The procedure for submitting and reviewing consumer claims regarding goods or services that do not comply with the terms of the contract, as well as information regarding consumer rights and obligations, is set out in the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

By placing an order, the user agrees that the submitted personal data may be processed by SIA “Raeco”, Tukums, Zvirgzdu iela 8, LV-3101, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SIA “RAECO”

SIA “Raeco” undertakes to ensure that the goods are delivered within the expected time and scope, in accordance with the product and service descriptions.

In accordance with recital 52 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council: “The delivery of goods in connection with sales contracts may take place in different ways, either immediately or at a later date. If the parties have not agreed on a specific delivery date, the trader should deliver the goods as soon as possible and in any event not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.”
